Dispatch & Delivery

All orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Top boxes are shipped via surface transport and are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Please allow 5–7 working days for delivery across India.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds only for products that are unopened and in original sealed packaging. Once the product has been opened, warranty applies instead of a return.

Warranty

We stand behind the build quality of our top boxes when installed and used as guided. Rather than a fixed warranty period, we ask you to inspect your top box carefully upon delivery and report any manufacturing defect within 7 days of receiving it.

Please note that the life and performance of a top box is significantly affected by factors such as the weight loaded inside, the speed at which you ride, and most importantly, the correct installation and support of the box on your motorcycle. We strongly recommend following the installation guide provided.

For any part damage over time, we stock replacement parts that can get your top box back in working condition at a nominal charge — so your investment is never wasted.

*How to raise a warranty claim:* WhatsApp us at +91 98201 10995 with your order details, photos or video of the defect, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your claim and if approved, the replacement part or unit will be dispatched to you.

Warranty

All Bluetooth products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with photos or a video of the issue. Once reviewed and approved by our team, a replacement will be sent to you.
