Refund and Returns Policy

At ASG Store, we strive to deliver quality products and excellent customer service. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be provided.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
a. Damaged or Defective Products
A return or replacement will be accepted only if:
- The product is received in damaged, defective, or non-functional condition.
- You notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- You provide clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging.
b. Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours with unboxing photos/video for verification.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective:
- Used, opened, or partially used products
- Products with missing accessories, manuals, or packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
- Products purchased during special sales or promotions (unless defective)
3. Return Process

- Order number
- Contact details
- Issue description
- Photos or videos as proof
Once reviewed:
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or request you to ship the product back (as applicable).
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.
4. Replacement Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
- A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.
- If a replacement is not available, you may choose a refund or store credit.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:
- The product is verified as defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- A replacement is not available or feasible.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or bank account within:
- 5–7 working days after return approval, or
- 7–10 working days after we receive the returned item (for refunds requiring product inspection)
Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
6. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- A full refund will be issued.
After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
- You may refuse delivery, but shipping charges (if any) may be deducted.
7. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
8. Delivery Issues
a. Package Not Delivered
If the tracking status shows delivered but you have not received the package:
- Notify us within 24 hours of status update.
- We will coordinate with the courier for verification.
b. Package Lost in Transit
If confirmed by the courier, we will issue:
- A replacement or
- A full refund
9. Conditions for Return Approval
A return may be rejected if:
- The product is used or tampered with
- The original packaging is missing
- The return request is raised after the allowed time window
- The product is damaged due to customer mishandling
- Incorrect or incomplete evidence is provided
