2. Warranty Duration
The warranty period varies depending on the product category and is mentioned on the product page or packaging.
Typical warranty periods:

Manufacturer Warranty: 1 Year
If no warranty is mentioned, the product will be considered as no warranty.
3. Warranty Claim Requirements
To file a warranty claim, the following must be provided:

Order ID or Invoice copy (If purchased from our Dealer)

Product photos/videos showing the defect

Detailed description of the issue
Warranty claims may be rejected if required proof is not provided.
4. Extended Warranty Policy
Extended Warranty Availability
You can extend your product warranty by an additional 1 year by purchasing the extended warranty through our website.
Eligibility
The extended warranty is applicable for:

Products purchased directly from our ASG Store website, or

Products purchased from any of our authorized dealers.
Purchase Window
Extended warranty must be purchased within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible.
Coverage
The extended warranty provides continued protection under the same terms and conditions as the standard warranty, starting immediately after the original warranty period ends.
Non-Transferable
The extended warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person or product.
5. Warranty Claim Process

Step 2: Evaluation
Our support team will assess your claim and may request additional information.
Step 3: Submission / Inspection
You may be asked to:

Send the product to us for inspection, or

Visit an authorized service centre (if applicable)
Step 4: Approval / Rejection
A claim will be approved only if the defect falls under the warranty terms.
If the issue is not covered under warranty, repair or replacement may be offered at a charge.
6. Shipping for Warranty Claims

In most cases, customers must ship the product to us for inspection unless otherwise stated.

If the claim is approved, we may reimburse standard shipping charges (case-by-case basis).

If rejected, the customer must bear both-way shipping costs.
